Chapter Eighteen
Sofia smiled in her sleep. She loved the dream more than the reality. Davion was so loving in her dream, promising her a happily ever after marriage. He was tenderly kissing her, pleasing her and she released a contented sigh. She didn't want the dream to end.
The next morning, a strange feeling of immense pleasure woke her up. It seemed like the after effect of her naughty dream since she felt wet, hot and very aroused when she woke up. However, she realized that she wasn't alone on her bed! Davion was with her and he was crazily sucking her breasts while his hand was teasing the other one. Sofia gasped seeing her bare skin. Where was her top?
"Davion?" She gasped, writhing with pleasure under his attack.
"Yes?" He asked with a smirk and continued with what he was doing as if it was the most natural thing in the world that he was on her bed and not in LA. Sofia didn't know what to think of this. He was gone to LA last night. Then how was he on her bed? But his tongue made all her thoughts fly out of the window and all she was acutely aware of was the pleasure that he was giving her.
She moaned out aloud. "Davion, please," she gasped.
"Please what, Sofia?" He said, releasing her for a few seconds before continuing with what he was doing.
"S stopp," she whispered hoarsely arching her body more into him, her fingers fisting into his hair.
"No," he whispered, his fingers roaming all, over her body. He looked up at last, crushing her body to his bare chest, his face inches from hers. "You're mine. I can do anything I want to, " he whispered hoarsely. Sofia gazed into his electric blue eyes, lost in their deaths.
"Didn't you leave last night?" She asked him still staring at him, too hypnotized to look away.
"I came back for you," he whispered huskily. Sofia's eyes widened with shock. "Get ready. You're coming to LA with me," he ordered.
"My college, Davion, " she reminded him but he shook his head.
"I'll speak to the authorities. You can start after a week," he insisted. There was a finality in his tone and Sofia knew that he wasn't taking no for an answer. Sofia nodded shyly. She couldn't believe that he actually came back for her. Did he really care for her that much? A warm blush spread all over her body even thinking about it.
His finger caressed her soft cheek while his eyes took her reaction to him. "Get ready, we'll leave in an hour," he said, yet he didn't budge, pinning her with his body. Sofia blushed more under his scrutiny.
"Can you move? I'll go and get ready. I haven't even packed," said Sofia.
"I'll ask Greta to get your stuff packed," he said, looking relieved. He rolled over and Sofia clutched her top to her bare chest and ran into the en-suite, her face red with embarrassment. Davion chuckled seeing her antics.
"No need to hide from me. I've seen it and tasted it already," he called out after her, his mouth breaking into a grin. It made Sofia turn crimson. She closed the door and leaned against it, closing her eyes to calm her breathing. When did he return home? When did he take off her top? What did he do afterwards? She covered her face even thinking about what he might have done in her sleep. She started questioning the dream she had last night. Was it really a dream or was it real? She couldn't think any more. She really needed a cold shower.
After a few minutes, she wrapped herself in a towel and opened the door, peering outside. Thankfully Davion was nowhere to be seen. She saw Greta packing her stuff into a trolley bag. "Quickly get ready, Sofia. Breakfast is ready. Davion's waiting for you downstairs, " she said in a chirpy tone. She looked quite happy that Davion had come back for his wife.
Sofia quickly got ready, wearing a pair of figure hugging jeans paired with a turquoise top and matching jacket. She brushed her hair and tied it into a bun. Greta had already finished packing and was about to leave too. Sofia went downstairs and found Davion freshly showered and looking hot wearing a white dress shirt and a pair of figure hugging jeans. Sofia was aware of his gaze upon her, taking in every detail minutely, staying longer than necessary on the swell of her breasts exposed through the deep v neckline.
"Button up your jacket when you go out," he told her, looking away towards his plate.
"Why? I'll choke," said Sofia.
"I don't want the world to stare at what's mine," he said, giving her a displeased look. Sofia wanted to point out that her breasts belonged to her since they were a part of her anatomy but then seeing Greta walk into the room made her change her mind. Davion gave her a smug look since it seemed that she had actually accepted the fact that they belonged to him.
"I'll be going home then, Davion. Sofia your suitcase is packed up and ready," said Greta.
"Yeah. I'll call you a day before we return," said Davion, dismissing her.
"Thanks Greta, " said Sofia, smiling at her. Greta left and Davion's phone buzzed. He excused himself and walked out of the room to take the call. Sofia quickly finished her breakfast. Davion had already eaten so she cleared the table and rinsed the dishes. Finally as she walked out of the kitchen, she saw Davion disconnecting the call and walking towards her.
"The helicopter's waiting for us. Are you done?" He asked, impatiently.
"Yeah," said Sofia. Francis loaded their luggage onto the car and Davion led her outside, locking the house after them. He opened the door of the car for her and she climbed inside. As he followed her into the car, his phone buzzed again. Throughout the way to the helipad at his hotel, he was busy on his phone. From his conversation, Sofia realized how important it was for him to reach LA today. She was touched that despite the emergency, he had returned back only for her.
They sat in the aircraft and the pilot maneuvered the helicopter towards LA. Sofia noticed that it was the same aircraft that had brought them to Reno. Davion poured himself a drink just like he had done before on their last trip. He offered her the same drink and Sofia eagerly took it from his hand. His fingers brushed hers and she felt a spark of electricity shoot down her body at his touch. Davion might have felt it too as he watched her sip her drink.
"Like it?" He asked her and she nodded. They stopped for refueling midway and then again continued to travel. After four hours, they reached LA. They drive straight to Davion's beautiful hotel and casino, Villa Grand Torres located on Santa Monica Beach. Sofia gasped with admiration seeing the Mediterranean styled villas on the dynamic oceanfront. It seemed as if she'd been transported to a beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. He led her to the penthouse suite which seemed to belong exclusively to him and Colton when they stayed here. Decorated in coastal hues of blue and green with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Beach, the place looked like a coastal dreamland.
Their luggage was kept inside and Davion carried them effortlessly upstairs to the master bedroom with a huge king size bed. The en-suite was luxurious with a hydrothermal spa tub that immediately made Sofia want to soak in it.
Davion smiled knowingly,"You can do whatever you feel like. Take a stroll on the beach, go shopping, go for a spa treatment in the hotel. I need to go. There's an emergency and Colton's been handling it all alone till now. I'll join you in a few hours," said Davion. Sofia nodded.
"Sure. Don't worry about me. I'll take a stroll first," she said, smiling at him. Davion smiled back and walked out of the room. While she was busy watching the beautiful views from the huge balcony, she saw Davion drive away in a sleek white Porsche. Even from a distance, she could feel his gaze fixed upon her. She held his gaze all the way till he had to look away. She immediately started missing him! What was happening to her? Was she falling for her fake husband? But their relationship wasn't fake to her any longer. Although it was forced upon her, she realized that the hate that she had felt for Davion when she first met him wasn't there at all. She didn't hate Davion anymore!
Was it the same for him? Why did he come back for her? Did he feel something for her too? Did his heart beat faster everytime she was near just like hers did when he was around? Did he feel like being with her all the time?
Sofia stood staring at the deep blue ocean, feeling the breeze on her face, deep in thought. The questions played with her senses and she needed the answers, soon.
